1) Safety telling drivers that he cannot access the camera's anytime he wants to, only in a critical event situation. LIE!
2) Was told a VERY minor accident I had was a warning only don't do it again. LIE! It was reported to other companies and is now on my record as a preventable. AND I got charged $334 for it.
I'm not saying I didn't screw up and have an accident that wasn't my fault, all they would of had to do was be honest "hey you screwed up, we are putting a preventable on your record" How could I deny that. But don't tell me it's a warning and no big deal then make me look like I liar when I apply somewhere else. -
The camera thing I can't argue. Don't have one and never went to the meetings about them. As far as the accident. Personally I would think it would be a given that it would go on your record. With that said I was not privy to the convoy you had with safety.
Also. I'm not trying to be confrontational with you or anything like that. I'm just simply stating that one persons experience is not indicative of the company as a whole. -

My interpretation of the verbal warning was not so much about your DAC report as it was about your employment status.

Millis also has told me about warnings for safety items. and they were NOT posted to my report.
