Maverick Driver general bs thread

Would just like to say that I was at Catalina Glass yesterday and a Maverick truck comes in to get loaded and I start talking to him about how he likes it. He said that he has been there 7 years and loves it. He had a trainee with him and he seemed to enjoy it also. I would like to say that the driver and trainee where very professional and very pleasant to talk to. I finally got to watch the glass get unloaded it was interesting to me.

 

Well anywhere stuck to the window is asking for a violation. Unless it is at the VERY TOP.... Mine is now Velcro stuck to the dash, just above the stereo.

 

Got home around 7pm last night. When I pulled into the lot where I park for the weekends,,,, to my surprise- and dismay,,,,, another Maverick truck sat in my parking spot.... and empty to boot!! When I pull up next to the truck, it is obviously a newbie's truck straight out of the "Armor-All Factory" up in Gary, IN LOL. Note on the drivers side window states driver's name and phone number. So, I text the number to tease the newbie that he is parked in MY SPOT ha!! He is so sorry and offers to drive over and move the truck LOL! (I was just kidding with him the whole time). Turns out that it is a guy that came over to me while I was parked there on a Saturday to ask me all about Maverick and I am told that our conversation helped him decide on Maverick. All that said, it also turns out that this is Sarge's latest student. So we had that in common also.

And Sarge- please teach your students to not park in other Maverick's Weekend-Home parking spots for cryin' out loud!

 

That guy was the one that had the look of total discomfort when Sarge hugged him in front of the entire MIT class....lol
