I have an offer now to do the Dedicated Dollar General account out of Bessemer, AL running three states including AL. I know its 100% all touch freight (No problem there) but I wanted to know if anyone here knew MORE about this particular run (Home-Time, loads, morale, etc) ..ANY ADVISE, KNOWLEDGE or INFO would be highly needed and appreciated!!!!

I have ran it a few times, not too bad if you like exercise. The DBL is a great guy, you can sleep in your truck at the Dollar General stores or the Distribution Center. They have ice, bathrooms, snack machines, microwave but no showers there. If you live very close and make it back you can go home and take your 10

Yeah He (DBL) really seemed like a nice guy over the phone...I chose this over the home depot for pay...I was told by the SNI recruiter that The SNO DG account driver averages 51,500 a year...Does that sound about right?

I would think that's closer to top pay?

whenever they say average, I ask ok, whats the high end and the low end.

Yea, that seems like the HIGH end of pay, but maybe they are paying that good on this account, I know the have trouble keeping drivers on it.
