And creates a problem by filling the gray water tank.....

Guess we differ in that dept,I haul reefer and it doesn't even compare to hard working flatbedders.Ive hauled reefer and dry van thruout my career.I do get certain trls that the doosr won't latch no matter how level the ground is which a nice sturdy hammer will fix.

I think you missed my lame attempt at humor.
I would never compare myself to a flatbedder and claim I work harder running a reefer trailer. I did do heavy haul back in Germany and did my share of dragging chains and crawling around the mud.
I don't think I could deal with the tarps since I would always find another wrinkle to get out off.

I thought the problem was filling the water tank

Unscented baby wipes. Help in a pinch, and are easy to clean your hands or arms, while working. And helps when you need a clean hand to sign paperwork.

Gray water tank? I saw a bedbugger in a large car park right in the middle of the lot at the Elkton TA, and a few minutes later a large puddle of scummy soapy water began spreading from underneath his sleeper.

Ya. Most times. I see the "condo" crowd close to a drain as they dump their grey water tanks. But some. Don't care where as you witnessed.
-
Someone dumping soapy shower water is only helping wash away the previous lazy occupants urine. It shouldn't concern you at all really.
Semi-Truculent Hamish Thanks this.
