i know i already give better service. i never turn down a load and i cover loads that they don't pick up. the company would rather pay at a cheaper rate than care about service.

they pull a tank around behind a dodge 2500 and fill up in the yard where we pick up trailers thats how i know its dyed diesel. i have contacted somebody in the state tax office but she said it's just her to cover the entire state and she would get to it. that was two months ago. i guess theyre not that concerned since im in new mexico and everything is mostly agriculture anyways.

    dirk2113,
I feel for you, I would certainly bring in the Law above the DOT, to echo the other one that said, they were stopped for fuel color test! I was stopped by them in my early years twice, They recorded it, I didn't know that with my employer at the time that I had just qualified for a inspection bonus. They were very law enforcement till they knew I was legitimate then they let their guard down.
I would certainly get in with the DOT or someone, are they running equipment that is not safe? Maybe they need a fuel test to be preformed? WOW!! Good Luck.

They're probably running dyed fuel in their own trucks.

If you are in the states, you can contact the state motor fuel department on the dyed diesel. All they have to do is to dip the tank, the proof will be there.

In addition, the state police is where to contact concerning the hours of the operations. Go directly to the state capitol offices of the state police and go over the local heads. If you suspect they are not doing their jobs, say so.

If you contact OOIDA, they would tell you the same information.

Call the federal IRS. They came to my office twice checking my trucks. They said it was a voluntary check, and I could refuse, but it was a $1000.00 fine if they had to come back later. My trucks were fine, so I let them do their "voluntary" check.

The fed IRS won't mess around. If you really want to get them there in a hurry, tell the IRS the name of the company is Tea Party Trucking.

Diesel fuel with red dye used for offroad use meaning there is no road tax incorporated in the price. Meaning its cheaper. Usually used farming or ranch work.
