What's pay like, what kind of mileage can you get, for someone living in the Chicagoland area, what kind of home time can you expect?
Ideally I'd like to run Mon- Fri and be home on weekends, is that even possible?

I am currently looking into the Roehl intermodal position based out of Chicago. Any information from current drivers running out of Chicago would be great!
-
Bayle can u give an update now that u have been on intermodal longer?
-
Sure, it's not bad if the plans work out good, probably better if you live closer to Chicago than the twin cities. I was home weekly, usually Friday evening. The pay was ok.
Im flatbed now, over a month. If you have specific questions ask, and I'll try to answer. -
Are u doing flatbed Midwest regional & totally off the intermodal. I was thinking about doing the inter modal for a change
