Does Roehl run its reefers south and west a lot. Curious minds want to know.

How do you like reefers. I've pulled vans and flats but not an ice box. Do you run a lot east living in Minnesota. Thanks for the reply

East a lot, yes. I like the extra ching, nicer trls and most PU' & drops are easy. If u are a hard runner they will pour it on for miles.

I've been running reefer for almost 2 years, I spend a ton of time in the midwest which is our main operational area anyway, but we also have iced customers in Texas and at least 2 in Phoenix. I'm east coast based so they don't send me that way too much because it runs my 70 too tight. Points in WI to PA and back are a HUGE part of my workload.
I love getting sent out west though, crap ton of open highways and easy miles=easy money

    Nightwind8830 Thanks this.

I hear yeah. Little or no traffic and you can just go. I am looking for something that can get me that way sometimes. I don't mind running any where to be perfectly honest. It's just the northeast especially New York ,Boston & DC. Worst nightmare is sitting at a pier some where over night to unload.

Reefer guy has been trying to recruit me. Lots of drop and hooks? I thought most of it was live, which scares me away.

No, live stuff scares me away. I've pulled reefer a few times, and it was all live, stuck at shippers for hours and hours.
