It's a good thing that the LEO was paying attention. You see him pull up and then step back. He obviously realized there was some idiot behind the wheel.....there's just no excuse for that accident, IMO. None whatsoever. I don't care if you can't get over, you slow the F down. Common sense......

Just more reasons that trainers should have more than 3 or even 6 months experience, and that some people do NOT belong behind the wheel of a semi, or even a car.
Raiderfanatic and rocknroll81 Thank this. -
It is a law in all states now. Hawaii was the last. My brother is a solo bike cop here. He will write a ticket for it, but if they don't get thrown out of court (no laser, don't know if they slow down or not) or if convicted, $30 fine. They don't care here. Be safe and please remember it's someone's child, or parent standing there. Be safe.

A few weeks ago I was just leaving the house. I got on I-95, got up to highway speed then saw blue lights on the shoulder about a mile up the road. I moved over, slowed down a little, then out of nowhere a car came up behind me, came around me on the right just as I was passing the cop on the shoulder who was walking back to his car. Next thing I see in my right mirror was the cop coming off the shoulder like a rocket. I stood in the left lane, he comes flying around me, then lights up the four wheeler. It all worked out real good, I was already in the left lane, stayed there and watched the cop get out of his car looking somewhat very pissed off.
