If there is, my license would have done been revoked. Don't think there's any points taken. Might be though. I hear the same stories and Alabama puts it on your regular driving record. It states, "failure to obey rules and regulations in a cmv." I have it listed all the way down the 1st page of my mvr

Ive never had to worry about weight or tandems in my life,so this is new to me.rodknocker Thanks this.

I wouldn't worry about it. Don't think it's a problem. Either way I would think a smart person would trustsomeone withlots of points on their csa score due to overweight citations with no accidents than someone with a clean csa score and 1 accident

My boss had a very high hos score on the csa, with 2 trucks when I first started and it never seemed to bother him getting loads. After passing about a dozen inspections in the last year and a half I finally got the score way down "me being the only truck otr". And then today the Wa. DOT went thru my logbook for 30 min. till they finally wrote me up for not writing the bol# down every day, Ï have always wrote the bol# down the day I loaded but not the days I didn't pu or deliver. Its only 1 or 3 csa points but it still pisses me off. But, now I no better. He also accused me of running on 2 logbooks but after a little bit of an argument I convinced him otherwise

Not writing down the b.o.l # WHEN YOU WERN'T LOADING OR UNLOADING? Hmm just driving time?
I know how you feel though, really ticks me off bc it seems we are being HARRASSED! 10 years ago they were lucky to even find a log book, now we are being much better soldiers and STILL get grief!
im not sure we will EVER be good enough to suit "the suits"!!!! Somedays I thinks it's better just to have your own trailer and be done with it. I have a nice truck and it's always spotless and maintained. I
spent 8 hours having go back to shipper last week and make them reload me bc I was waaaay over weight.Don't you love how they always say.." We never had a problem before" SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!

We have scheduled runs that never cross a scale. We have runs that cross 4 plus scales a day. I've been written up for violations when my stuff was right. (Got pictures) It's all BS. I don't think it's anything to lose sleep over even if you have 3,000 points on your record.

I'm still dealing with my CSA from when I had all my trucks. When I updated my mcs-150 and dropped from five trucks to just one my CSA score went thru the roof so I'm just dealing with that some stuff will fall off soon but I have not had a level 1/2 in over a year.

Geez you are lucky. But mine are all due to being over weight bc of SHMUCKS!!! The one in Mo .just had me pay $200.00 right then and there and said have a good day,no inspections. La. N Tx want to check your blood type!! Ugh

Maybe it's just where I run Houston is bad every time I'm there I see trucks getting inspected. I've had a few overweight tikets but there not on my CSA
