I've only hauled out of there a few times, but we have quite a few trailers in there

I just loaded out of there last night, and for the second time in two weeks. Bring your broom, it's real dusty in there! Then I had a trailer issue with the load I picked up - the trailer tire was whistling like crazy - it's the automatic air system they have on the tires I guess - it was broken along with an O-ring - but they called up a guy to come out and fix it...so I spent the night there across the street at that little truck scale and washout place. It's pretty nice actually, they've got showers, snacks, and a quiet place to take your 10 if need be. Going to drop this at the yard in Lakeland on Sunday morn...as it doesn't deliver til Monday and I put in for time off a week ago - gotta be at school to watch my five year old daughter start kindergarten Monday morning! Nothing more important to me than that, friends...

BTW, on the mileage program - I've learned that I can count on a $375-400 profit on each trip now running mileage. If you like a steady income, knowing what you're going to make each trip - it's available. If you like the action of each trip being different - and possibly more profitable - then percentage is the way to go. Just my 2 cents.

    Bumper Thanks this.

All you guys with an ISX. I've read things all over the Internet about unplugging the egr... I finally did it on Friday... In the early stages of tweaking my fuel mileage, I'm getting about .08 mpg better.. My truck doesn't run any different. The down side is it does throw a code and turn on the check engine light and is technically illegal... You have to make sure the engine is cold! (After a 10 hour break) turn the key to the on position (don't start the truck) and unplug the power wire (on the bottom of the egr valve). There's a good thread on here explaining it, I'd read it if your interested in doing this. I follow up and see how much better my weekly average is.

They've never even looked under my hood... Plus that's not really a dot safety issue...
