For all you guys looking for crude hauling, be careful of Gazelle Transportation. They are expanding quickly, and not taking care of business, after the start up in the region. They hire people for management, that have no crude oil experience, and are most concerned about image, than about hauling oil safely.
I have had my disagreements with management over the last 6 months, lack of maintenance of the trucks and trailers, lack of training of the new hires, and the straw that finally made me part ways, was the continuing hiring of new drivers, even though us senior drivers were down to 1 load a day.
Their answer is we need to spread the wealth.
If you can handle being told you can make $100,000 a year when hired, and then after 3 months have your wages cut to half that due to their hiring practices, then go for it. Maybe your experience will be different.
Their most recent expansions, Hobbs, NM, and Houston TX....
Warning, Gazelle Transportation

Spread the wealth? That's bull ~excrement~, there is plenty of money in the Bakken to go around. If you are down to one load per day, you are missing out... unless they pay you $30/hour to wait.
Get another job. Craigslist always has dozens. -
