Ugh..so if your truck passes and receives a clean bill of health in an inspection and THEIR trailer fails..It goes against you also???

 

I would say it all depends on how the inspection/ticket is written.

 

yes. You get csa points if their trailer has an issue.
no points for over weight, thank ata, ooida, and major shippers. they pushed to keep over weight violations out of csa.

 

One o.w. ticket in mo. Just paid ticket right there no insp..However.... Tx o.w. he did an insp my truck was good,their trailer got a warning,I already know that he might as well wrote a ticket bc the warning is equivalent which makes no sense at all. I'm taking a beaten bc of this sorry arse carrier! I have the best truck there! Ugh. Time to find a better outfit before they ruin my "credit" lol
