swift, millis or roehl - who is the best?

    I have a choice to go to swift, millis transfer or roehl. Which one has the best pay, company structure, training and benefits? Or even if there are higher paying company's that will train me to get my cdl I'm open to those opinons also.

    go with who you think is the best for you. and plan on staying with them for 5 years. if it was me. I would go with millis transfer.

    Decide what you want to haul. Flatbed go roehl. Refers go roehl or millis. Dry van swift.

    swift also has refers now thats a choice you have to make youre the one thats got to be happy with youre choice pay/hometime/and what aera you want to be in

    I don't have s preferance on what ill haul other tgrn 0 touch freight. My main concern is pay beneifts home time and a good equiped truck

    If hometime is really important check out roehls hometime options. They have 7 on 7 off etc.

    Best hometime - Roehl and Millis
    Worst hometime - Swift

    Best Pay - Millis and Roehl
    Worst Pay - Swift

    One and two are 'about' equal. Swift is the worse of the three you mentioned. In my view you can go wrong choosing Roehl or Millis. And you will go very, very, very wrong if you choose Swift.

    Millis would be your best choice out of that bunch.

    Millis Transfer & Roehl will both get you outstanding training.

    Your options are greater at Roehl... Dry Van, Refrigerated and Flatbed, all of which have OTR [all 48], Regional and some Dedicated accounts.

    Millis is less than half the size of Roehl which lends to a real family owned atmosphere. Their equipment maintenance is above par.

    Depending upon accounts at either company... your compensation will be comparable.
