Looks like SPAM to me, Delete [X].

The last thing a liar wants to hear is why they might possibly suck. They lie so much they actually believe their own BS. They could care less about a number's personal life. It's not like they are going to duplicate Walmart's benefits because of an email. They didn't know who you are before the email and they don't know who you are after. Truth be known they probably got their hands on an email list of potential drivers and it was computer generated. You just said thanks but no thanks to a Hewlett Packard!
Fill out one of them 3rd party online applications. You'll have 100 emails to respond to.
If anything I would've kept it simple and said thank you for your interest but I already have a job I like, period. Kind Regards, xxooxx -
what are those jobs? if i may ask..i've got cats to feed

For having so much home time and making awesome money, you would think the OP would have responded to someone by now...

Really? I have a few friends who drive for WallyWorld and they are happy with it. No 100hr work weeks as in the oil fields BUT same great average pay approx. $85000 year plus, decent home time they say

bigdogpile can see you dont know about wal-mart drivers they are the top paying company, paid breaks,34 reset done at home they dont touch freight, most are home every other day good equipment, they get paid for every thing they do, these are benifits of walmart company drivers not outside carriers

i doubt ms. green bothered to read. those job offers go out as generic respond e-mails and recruiters deeply care not about those drivers who rejected them, because there are some drivers who accept and those are the drivers who make recruiter's paycheck.
you basically vented and felt good for a moment, but neither ms. green, nor mr. brown care about anything past that "no, thank you". there always are guys pissed off by their previous employer and fresh out of school folks (we see so often protecting their new slave driver here on this forum) to harvest.
in fairness to all, company is only as "bad" as it is large. statistics says that happy customer rarely bothers to write, but pissed off ones are fast to type, so the more the drivers company has, the more upset ones it has, therefore the "badder" (neologism i've just produced for you guys) certain company appeares to public. also, crowds allow to spread responsibility. just like when you have two dogs its kinda hard to tell which one pooped on the rug, same way in a larger company office administration can push responsibilities and losses from one another till..the end of times. and the easiest target is, yes, a driver for "we don't know letters and only can count to ten". So, your ugliest company ever, will be Swift, as they have most drivers, then who...Werner..Knight..CR England and bla bla inc. It's just math and some common sense.
Little mom and pop enterprises who agree to hire convicts and maniacs are safe forever, as their drivers don't know what a laptop is

Not all the big companies are terrible. i started at May Trucking. The recruiter chick was Pensacola Nice. Had the Alabama part of Florida twang in her voice. They hired me, and ran my butt all over the country, decent miles, I didn't care about home time, I was making money and had no one at home. They started giving my miles to the new class of rookies after about the 14 month mark. So it was time to bail. Their healthcare was useless and a waste of money, and the trucks only did 62 mph. Other than that, decent place to start a career. There were drivers there that always whined about no miles. they were mostly 11 westerns. I was a 48er. So basically I was never home, always running and always making bank. I'd probably do it all over again there if I had to. Just wouldn't bother with the health insurance.
I quite there to go to Heartless Express, which was a massive mistake. While there I put an application in at JiggyJobs.com. To this day I still get at least 2 postcards, 2-4 phone calls and 2-3 emails a month for job offers. JB Hunt won't stop calling. I listened to the whole story over the phone second to last time they called. Then I replied with, that sounds really good, but I currently work 5 miles from my house, 7-4 Mon-Fri nights and weekends home, x amount of dollars an hour, overtime, benefits, uniforms etc. She said, oh wow sounds great, we only have regional currently, thanks for your time, and hung up. I felt liberated, empowered and giddy. I think I might have done the happy dance. Best part was, I took the call in my driveway as I was just getting home from work that afternoon.
