You will also require DOT and MC numbers a DOT physical and CDL for over 26001 lbs,(As of next year all DOT physicals will be computer based and access able to DOT anytime) you require a log book over 10000lbs. And towing a trailer will require inspections and weight checks, Remember at Weigh Stations they check your hours and logs plus the vehicle.
In the terms you have described you are classed as a Hot Shot, and all states are clamping down on them, with very heavy fines. As to a Sleeper, you have to have a DOT approved Sleeper/Pod even if your driving solo, or provide hotel receipts when asked.
If you do plan on doing this you may want to think about a bigger vehicle which will allow you to carry more and earn more, qualifications wise nothing I know of will change.......
