    To add to this mess I've started, we still have one "smart" guy still trying to pass general test to get permit, and I loaned him the $15. This is 2 days later and 3rd try. We other 7 have started straight backing. He will fall behind FAST.

    Again, not where I'm from. It actually costs nothing to "take the tests" but where I'm from, if you get Hazmat, you pay for a 3 month Temp license until your fingerprints are done and then you pay again for your permanent license. Which means more money.

    A person who doesn't pass the tests don't need to be on the road. these tests are too easy.

    I have the Hazmat, doubles and triples and tanker endorsements as well as a passport. Do I need the TWIC card and if so, what is its function?
