Actually Oklahoma does have non-expiring trailer plates. You can live anywhere as long as you purchase through a resident agent in Oklahoma.

montana does. i thought about registering my trailer there but wasent sure exactly how to go about it so i just registered it in nd. i know someone else also from nd that registered all his trailers in mt. he said he had a guy set it all up for him. he also saved on sales tax when he bought new trailers by registering them in mt as well.
