    To anyone interested, I spoke to a recruiter the other day and she gave me the new payscale Melton is running. 1-5 mo experience is .35 per mile, 6-11 mo experience is .37 per mile and 1-3 experience is .42 per mile while 5+ is .43 per mile. then she said they top out at .47 per mile depending on how long you have been with melton. Everything else appearently was the same as far as tarping pay etc. Thought I'd pass that on!

    Nothing new. This is the second time they have bumped the pay by a penny in the past couple years. I started at .38 a mile when I was there.
