I have a question,...Name 5 of the top reasons your most recent drivers have quit over, and the top 5 things your drivers complain about the most.

Hi Allan - you're in the system and I forwarded your application + resume to the hiring team for further review. If they are interested someone on the team will reach out. I wish I could be more specific, but I'm still learning how they do things over there :)

    Allan Decker Thanks this.

Hi Rawze. Nalco has 2 major divisions: Energy Services (oil/gas) & Water Process Services (water purification). Each have their own fleet. I recruit on the Water Process Services side, so I'm not as familiar with the Energy Services side. However, I do know drivers leave mainly due to pay. Nalco is not an oil company, so we cannot pay as much as oil/gas industries, so after our drivers get trained, they will typically stay a year or two and get recruited out by an oil company for more money.

On the Water Process Services side, we don't have many people quiting or leaving. When someone leaves it is due to retirement, getting promoted within the Fleet team, getting a job with Nalco outside of the Fleet team, or just not liking the job. The last two reasons have to do with the job being physically demanding, which is what I'm guessing what people complain the most about. I still need to learn more, I've only been recruiting for them for a few weeks now. I hope I was able to shed some light on your question....

Hi Allan - Surprisingly, I just heard back from the hiring manager (that was fast). He's interested in your background and would like me to talk with you. I have your information in our system, so I'll be sending you an email shortly to set up a phone interview, hopefully this week.
