On the Water Process Services side, we don't have many people quiting or leaving. When someone leaves it is due to retirement, getting promoted within the Fleet team, getting a job with Nalco outside of the Fleet team, or just not liking the job. The last two reasons have to do with the job being physically demanding, which is what I'm guessing what people complain the most about. I still need to learn more, I've only been recruiting for them for a few weeks now. I hope I was able to shed some light on your question.... -
