And I didn't even get my license with them I got it on my own else where at a driving school.....o and I went 3 months with a screwed up paycheck every week I would get the same call we paid to much we paid to little.this company is a mess

I researched Stevens and thought it would be a good idea. But, after getting there, talking to the drivers and paying the quack clinic $150 for three pills... I bolted. A lot of my class were there for just a refresher and they left as well. They put so many drivers through the school because it is a business in itself. Only the desperate stay with Stevens.

Actually, practical miles are very close to actual. And short /hhg miles are about 5-12 percent short.
I once hauled a load from Idaho to Laredo and traveled a lot of 2-lane highways. I drove it less miles than I got paid.
The practical route was 115 more miles than I drove, but I got paid for those miles even though I didn't drive them.
    Practical mileage pay is reasonable/good.
