Hi, my name is Chad. My Father(Bruce) and I started Chadwick Trucking, LLC out of Celina Ohio. We currently have a 5 truck fleet. I have been reading posts of O/O wanting to know how to find smaller companies.
Here is some company information to see if you would be interested in contacting us. We have five trucks leased. Reitnouer 2014 bigger bubba flatbed trailers equipped with straps and winches, 48' and 53'. If you need to rent a trailer; $175 a week. We pay 75% of the gross. IFTA is filed and paid for you quarterly. Plate programs available. Any BOL's turned in by Monday 12pm will be paid Friday. We do not require electronic logs and have O/O that use paper and O/O that use electronic logs. Access to load boards.

Do you run all broker freight? How is that averaging out? I live up near Cleveland.

All brokered freight right now. We are reaching out to shippers, and have a few leads through connections of the O/Os. pay rates are ranging from $1600 - over $2,000 weekly on 1,500 - over 1,900 miles a week. I will attach the Google Map html link below of truck route taken last week by O/O. O/O brought home $1,635 on this route. That's after fuel and $175 trailer rent.

No offense, but 1600$ for a weeks running isnt all that good for an o/o. Pretty good for a company driver though. O/o should be taking home 3500 to 7000$ a week after the split.
