UPDATE:.. Overall the job is great....jobs shut down after a week of running.. I had every intention of staying out for 3 weeks yet that didn't happen..so now I'll be home for a few days waiting...the money is good...about 1800.00 for the week..12 loads pulled and the detention pay and the 60 ft blow pay I did ok....great set of people up there so far...had a few helpers show me the ways...trucks are 09 Pete's and maintained by Ryder so things should go well....Now it's a waiting game..yet I'm cool with that...have stuff I can do...will keep ya posted later..

Well, another update.....as stated things are going pretty good....my best bring home was 3700 fro 2 weeks of easy running.....run hard then sleep...no problems with dispatch selling me dreams or busting my balls.....sand hauling is a lifestyle of it's own yet I cant seem to find anything to cry about yet.....Guess I lucked out and got with a good company from the start....

OK...as of date i have 8 months in the fields....still no real complaints...as a company driver i net approx 1500-1800 weekly paid every two weeks so my checks bring home are approx 2800-3400 ...paid 19.50 for detention after the first 2..get a day rate after 24 and extra hose pay for 60 ft blows...dispatch is easy to deal with and i run as hard or as easy as i want to....the office people are laid back....

I survive because i don't bytch and cry about everything..I keep to myself and stay away from drama and the supertrucker mindset....really good company to run for ...as with any truck, mine has had its issues yet i'm a take the bad with the good kinda guy...#### happens in a un-perfect world...

All the guys I've seen "lose" their jobs is because their attitudes sucked and didnt know how to just shut up and do the job...or they rolled the truck on it's side by going to fast around ramps etc.....this is a world where you make it as easy or as hard as you like.....As arrogant as it sounds..i do what I want as I want as long as the loads get delivered and i dont mess up the trucks...pretty easy huh...I'm willing to answer what I can ...inbox me....

    Happy so far

Well you made it through probably one of the worst winters in recent history which is a good thing. Do you by any chance ever pull for Valley Bulk out of Washington, I have a good friend who works for them, drives 116, real nice International with maroon fenders.
