I have done many swaps in indiana Also.and yes ta in gary is nasty lol.i just told dispatch ta in gary was full and went to lake station even thou its not that much better.

 

at least the ta gary has some room to move

Well it is almost a year to the day that I started my driving career with TransAm. YEa I got talked into the lease. and yea I had my ups and downs. mostly downs. but I finished my 6 months and walked away. I did miss TransAm. I had a Great DM. Calico always got it done for me. Did a little local driving but wasnt getting enough drive time to make good money. so I am back on the road again but this time with Werner. So far I am liking it. The Qualicom takes a little getting used to. I found the Blue Tree easier to use. And so far it seams they are taking good care of their drivers. I do miss my T700!!!!

 

On Sunday, September 8th, 2013, the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) will begin "Brake Safety Week 2013".

From September 8th, through September 14th, the CVSA will be conducing level IV inspections of commercial motor vehicles in the United States and Canada, and the primary focus will be the vehicle's air brake system.

During CVSA's Brake Safety Week, inspectors will be inspecting brake adjustment (pushrod travel), brake linings (thickness and condition), brake drums (inspecting for cracks/damage), low air pressure warning devices, air leaks, and checking air lines for damage (chafing).

In addition to brake systems, inspectors will also be checking drivers licences and registration.
