Forgery has nothing to do with driving. Possession is not the same as driving under the influence so not a problem. Burglary is theft and would give an insurer pause. But you only have one and not two things working against you. So while it would have been easier for you to get a job if you had a DUI instead of the burglary it did not stop you. If you had more than one of the no no crimes listed on the insurance companies forbidden list then you would not be driving right now. Even with the burglary your company has to pay a higher premium on the cargo portion of their policy because of you, I promise you. You were lucky though because I was never able to find a driving job for any of my clients who had a theft conviction. Maybe times are changing.
2 felonies and 1 DUI???
