Can someone tell me where it is. My pressure gauge is reading erratically. ECM has not derated the engine or thrown any codes, so figure I would change the sender and go from there.

Thanks Pablo. I got a pressure range between 35lbs and 100lbs. At idle it is now showing 60lbs and at 1500rpms I get 100lbs. With just ignition on and without the engine running the needle shows 50lbs. So I know it's between the engine and gauge. Cluster gauge check sows to fault. Do you think sender?.

ok,use VCADs pro to see oil sensor reading on J1708, if the same - change it becouse diafragm is collapsed and it reads more thn real pressure.

left wall of cylinder block, below is cranckase sensor. to change is easy: unplug twist connector and use deep socket to screw it out (not sure 27 ore 30mm, sometimes 32mm).
