How not to get arrested while on the road.

So why does the guy passed out hammered and face down in the parkin lot not get run over, but someone coherent and walking across the parkin lot does???

 

I think that's related to how it seems as if the guys who park like idiots never seem to get there hood taken off, it's always someone in a 'safe' spot!

 

this reminds me of the cops episode where the woman stops an officer over a stolen 20 bucks she was trying to use to buy crack with. the officer can't believe what she admitted and it only gets better when they go to the house she says she was at. the woman there isn't a crack dealer she's a prostitute!


by the way, you need a sign to tell you not to park on the side walk?! is there anywhere that is even legal to park on the side walk?
