southern states. VA, NC, SC, FL, AL, LA, KY, MO, MS from my experience are relatively inexpensive. Seems like you go past Phillip Morris HQ on 95 in VA or NC...can't remember. some of the buildings look like cigs coming out of the ground in the corners lol. They are still making money.
Camels and I think marlboros too sometimes have like .75cents off per pack...get the right clerk and you can get a carton or two of them, just gotta ask nicely.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.......WISCONSIN, NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, prolly other NE states. I don't run west but can only assume CALI is bad unless of course it is medical marijuana
Its like at an arena rock show...light up a cigarette inside and like 20 security guards pounce upon you and haul you off.....while 20 peeps are passing around a jay...lolmje Thanks this. -
I live in CA. It's not quite that bad.
You can't smoke in a public place with a lot of foot traffic.
No big deal unless you are a mall rat.
It's one of the cheapest states if you go to an ARCO or other convenience stores.mje Thanks this. -
I used to buy those in Seneca; they were off brand & had a picture of Indian on the package. To me they are as good as Winston or Malboro. Don't smoke anymore, but still get them for family members.mje Thanks this.
