    Well I explained the story and it was a non preventable but than after I was done training with the guy went on with my life I found out by other companies that they put it as a preventable but every company said is not the preventable the problem is the termination thats why I explained the story if you guys say I was wrong well I admit it I'm not a shame I seeing worst but safety told me it wasn't because I was in a one lane street and he try to pass me in a one lane street any how you know the story lol ill admit but how can i if they say it wasn't but im living with that and i never blame no one i tell companies what happened exactly I just ask if you guys know any company will hire me or how would you put a termination in a resume does where my 2 questions but every blew out of proportion lol thanks

    "but after they took my to a road test with a trainer all of this happened" :biggrin_2558: What part of YOU WENT THROUGH A STOP SIGN with a trainer in the TRUCK during a ROAD TEST do you not GRASP as the reason you were TERMINATED ?

    G21...I got no problem with your inability to speak good English....none at all. But, if you are gonna live and work in this country ,and enjoy all of the benefits of doing so.... it would greatly behoove you to learn how to communicate in English...we all have had a very hard time trying to pick your story apart. You didn't offend me in any way...I'm trying to give you good advice...learn how to better articulate your self and you'll have less of a problem being understood.

    Give him a day or so and he will be back , seems he thinks an INTERVIEW is being hired looks like he can skip orientation , then when he MUCKS up the road test its someone elses problem not his.

    Everyone sorry if I offended or got you frustrated wasn't my intention my posite attitude get ppl mad easily I'm already use to it I'm happy I'm with my family waiting till 3 to pu my kids from school God Bless to everyone and for a couple that wish wrong on me I wish you the best. I'm gonna keep ppl updated but please stop with the bad comments if you don't agree so be it skip it
