Glad to hear things are going better for you diesel, I just ended my 7th day in my own truck finally, I've seen 8 states in these 7 days and got some pretty decent miles. I like it even more than i thought i would. Once ive got the time in with the company id really like to do the lease too especially now that i see they are offering the Pete 579! Hope all goes well and eventually i look forward to meeting y'all at an OC somewhere down the road but i havent spent the night at one yet since ive been out here.

It's still on my radar. I just need to build up some employment time(and money) so I can get an apartment down there so I can change my residency. I think it would be really amazing to move to Bulk. Such a different field and also a different class of driver as well

Glad you are enjoying it, stay safe. I saw those 579 specs only Schneider would take a nice truck like a Pete 579 and spec it with a Paccar MX-13... TROLOLOLO. The first guy that gets one of those is gonna be pissed as hell when he gets his ### pulled on so hard by another driver in a Cascadia with a DD15.

Just made it to the Woodhaven lot, will be there for the night and make my delivery in the morning. Had to sit there and explain to whoever operates that gate what LOAD AND KEEPING means as he has apparently never heard of that and got an attitude with me the first time I said it lol. After delivery tomorrow, picking up a load nearby headed to Kentucky. Warmer weather here I come. Tired as hell, time for pancakes at IHOP.

LOL It's a complicated term you know, loaded keeping. some people have a hard time grasping something so complex! And what part of Kentucky? I was shocked to wake up to 54 degress the other morning in Ghent, KY which is right across the river from Cincinatti. And copy that on the 579 specs, you know theyll pair it with a 10 speed too. Which is a shame because those trucks are incredibly nice inside. Even the stripped down econo version they'll offer.

This. You can't beat Russ' cooking, hands down. Be sure to grab his famous 3 meat breakfast burrito. Been to Dallas, Gary, and W. Memphis and they don't even come near of what Russ and his team has to offer. Been spoiled by that man's fine cooking.

Speaking of OC's, anyone else getting pissed off of French Camp's gate speakers? You have to shut the engine off and literally put your ear right next to the speakers just to hear the gate guard.

Also, what is the word on Phoenix's OC? Been hearing everything from a Fontana replacement to just a drop yard with a maintenance bay, ala Salt Lake City.

Just made my delivery to frito lay up near Detroit. No empties... So just waiting for the exception to go through or then to pull an empty from the dock. Gonna try calling Glen again while I wait.
