Man ....2 strikes out of 3...bad news. You might try some of those companies that are called "second chance" companies , I think one of them is named Carolina Cargo , you might pm Chinatown he will be able to give a much better perspective on which companies might help you out.

Probably any number of bottom feeders might take a chance.

Where are you located? What was the preventable? Do you have any felonies or DUI? What kind of truck do you want to drive? If the preventable is only on your DAC stay away from the DAc readers, I was told in here for a friend of mine that if he goes to one that doesn't use the DAC that his record is very good! also that there are over 1 Million trucking companies and only 2500 that use the DAC. Tell us more about yourself and then we can certainly help you.

Those are typical requirements you will see. Some companies have their own point system to include tickets. All accidents aren't the same. Circumstances are weighed.

It all depends on the severity of the situation and if you have any tickets attached.

Someone that barely rear ended someone will weigh lighter than someone that was doing 15 over the speed limit, ran a red light and killed a family. They got charged with reckless driving and involuntary manslaughter they can forget about driving.

So unless you reveal the details it's kind of hard to evaluate it.

well i was cut off and swerved up on the sidewalk and hit a pole . no other vehicles involved , its my first accident in 6 years I been driving .was coming up on a red light when the car cut in front of me and put on brakes ,if I hadcnt swerved I would have hit the car. other than that my record is clean but the damage was bad . no witnesses in my favor and the the car of coarse took off .
