Not worth it to do that now. Too many ways to get caught. Me personally, I don't like lookin over my shoulder. Log it as I do it and do it legal.

How does moving a truck 7 feet get you a log violation?

must have manually changed his duty status, or maybe he's like my drivers that say they only backed to dock, but GPS shows they moved 17 miles from a truck stop to the consignee.

I drive for the largest ltl carrier in the USA and i am making my move to come to Roehl. I am a firm believer if you come to work and do your job by the law and the rules by your employer you will prosper. Apparently this guy was nodding out during orientation.

B.S. Roehl has plenty of drivers with over 10,15, 20, and even one driver, with 35 years in the company. If you do your job the way you are expected to, be where you are supposed to be, when your supposed to be there, you will have no problem. I just had this conversation with my FM a week ago. I was telling her that I always hear guys complaining about how Roehl micro-manages its drivers. I told her I don't feel that way at all.....She said, your not because you have proven that you will run the way the company expects a driver too......Its not rocket science guys!! If your FM tells you that the window for delivery is 0700-1500, and you can legally be there at 0630? Be there at 0630!! That window doesn't mean you can sit in the truck stop and #### around in the drivers lounge, and show up at 1500 for your delivery
