ACCIDENT

Look at some of the smaller companies. Those are the ones who don't look at DAC and if the accident is as you described and the only one you have been involved in you should find somebody to take a chance on you. You just have to be patient and persistent

My cousin works there...1 prior accident and a ticket.He has a Prison Rap sheet a mile long for drugs,robbery and much more....They hired him,they will hire anyone..

 

Well unfortunately your probably going to have to go with CRST, Werner, Swift for a second chance. I would suggest whatever company takes you to get a dash-cam to protect yourself.

 

First off all the OTR and large outfits look at DAC. Its their Bible as unfair as it is. Besides your accident will be on your MVR as well as your DAC since there was property and vehicle damage. Get a copy of your DAC report to see exactly what they put on there and make sure its all correct. Never heard of those second chance companies that people are talking about but if they exist give them a call. Find someone who just needs a trucker for anything so that you can keep driving. US express I know for a fact after 18 months will consider your app if you have kept it clean for those 18 months. No tickets no accidents........NOTHING.
