ok got it but how to control a weight on my rear truck axle i have a 2006 dodge 3500 5.9 diesel dually and my RAWR is about 9500 so if i ibuy a 4 car wedge trailer and have 2 sedans on the top they they will be 7500 pounds together + some of the trailer weight about 2500 pounds and i'm not even considering my trucks weight so its obvious more than 10k pounds goes on my truck real axle... how do you guys deal with that ?
    thank you

Do remember that only the car directly over the tongue puts all of it's weight on the truck; the others all put some percentage on each end, except for the rear unit which puts more than it's own weight on the trailer and levers some of the weight off of the truck.

I don't run a wedge but a stinger, and the back units lower tongue weight on a 48' trailer by about 25% of their gross weight.

Load the first car backwards. On my 07 with a wedge I didn't have a problem with it unless I was hauling all trucks/suv's. I was plated for 36,000, 53 foot trailer with a bed.

Not be rude but while you are figuring all those weights up for 4 vehicles a trailer and a dually pulling it how about considering stopping all the weight safely. Hence the reason vehicles have weight ratings. Not picking on wedge trailers and people who run them but if you are going to how about using a vehicle designed for pulling AND stopping that amount of weight.

Bear in mind most wedge trailers have 3 axles with brakes on them for that reason. If you load it to the factory rating only it will be fine. 26,000 and under, like the op wants to run, won't be an issue.
