Grounds and power at battery and starter, make sure they're all good and tight.

I think it is time to call in a mechanic.... it checked and double checked my grounds and harnesses, replaced plug on coolant sensor with no results. I know it is just a bad connection. Just need another set of hands to help out. Thanks everyone for info. I will post the results!

Ok gentleman, I found the problem. After going through about a mile of wire , I found a corroded wrote with a break about3"long. Repaired it Ann's everything is working good. Thanks for all your replys.
Cetane+ Thanks this. -
A good test for wiring to see if it is ok is to load test it. When checking for power with a volt meter, or even a test light both of those use very little amperage. The wire may show 12. 6 volts, but the mystery corroded spot will only allow a few milliamps of current to flow through. This may be enough to power your test light and meter, but not enough to power up an ECM which may need 5 amps or more of strong and clean current. What we do is have a spare head light bulb. We will jump power from the suspect connector or wire to the headlight, and then ground the ground pin on the head light to make it light up. If the bulb is nice and bright you know the wire can supply good volts and amps through it. If the bulb is dim or weak, you know the wire is bad somewhere!
Exiled Thanks this.
