    I'm trying to fiqure out if i need to stop at the POE and get a trip permit. I have the IFTA for NM, Is that all I need?

    Others will chime in, but NM is requires it's own permit - they went electronic, instead of the "blue sheets" in the past, but are still required, per our permit dept. If not sure, I would stop at the first open port - none open, then -- - - -
