Between midnight Sheetrock deliveries to stores and getting stuck at DC's all the time both of whom require appointments that you HAVE to make and then leaving you sitting for hours, I'm just about at the point where I'm going to stop shopping at Home Depot. It's as bad as any reefer receiver I ever went to.
    They suck.
    The end.

I've never had either a live load or unload at any of their DC's with the exception being individual stores and always had the trailer rocking within an hour of the appt time. As for DC's, it's always been D&H, whether picking up or dropping off and never had any problems.

    Just my experience.

Has anyone had a problem getting loaded at Gerdau Ameristeel in Midlothian TX recently ?
I am interested in delays, equipment compliance issues etc.

You might want to start a new thread in the flatbed sub forum.
    I've never been there.

Being ignored like a bum at the door, is annoying" associates can see you, hear the buzzer and still ignore you .
I find it the same at most all Hd stores. Iv also found their letter/ number trailer spot assignment's at dc's equally confusing.
