    Don't drive after 11 hours. He would still be at fault either way, but the log violation shows reckless driving. He probably was to tired and not alert enough to see the stopped traffic.

    I remember that wreck. That was very sad indeed.

    He got off easy but his life is ruined even if he gets out. He'll be paying the rest of his life and then some. I hope it haunts him bad.

    I counted 10 years? 60 months plus 60 months. He'll probably serve 5 and get out.

    The artical says 20, but then says 2 accounts of 5.... So either 5 or 10. Either way, sucks to be him. Don't make the same mistake.

    He got 5 years for each count, 4 counts = 20 years.

    Should be 20 years for EACH death. 40 years for the death of the unborn baby.
    Pretty sad when the courts sentence some with possession of pot to close to life, yet you kill someone, like this guy did, and only gets 20 years.
