Does this reflect the CRST-Malone drivers who own their trucks? There's a small percentage of agents and drivers who do very well. We had to upgrade. We couldn't deal with CRST's safety level. When we could get a load, we needed a new company. Landstar was a good fit.

Most large companies have 3 sets of books. One for public consumption (shareholders, media), one for the IRS, and one for internal record keeping.

I really think the moderators need to look into the validity of this thread. I am a driver for Wiley Sanders and upon seeing there were 1250 complaints, I began to investigate. On Ripoff Reports, there are only 9 complaints, the last was in 2010 and they range back to 2004. Where is this information coming from that is smearing, in my opinion after working there for about five years, a reputable company? Can anybody just come on here and post anything that is there on personal opinion and pull numbers out of thin air, call it 'factual and official' information and then harm a decent company? Seems like a pretty immoral way for people to conduct business and you seem to be allowing them to...

I believe a moderator already looked at it, post #6.
People are allowed to post within reason what they feel. People also have the ability to call them out on their claims which has been more than already done in this thread.
I wouldn't trust stuff on ripoffreport as the quality of the people that post there are usually people that won't be tolerated elsewhere.
So your idea is no one should be able to say what they feel because they don't agree with you? How do they know you don't work in the office? It goes both ways.
With over 3 million posts we can't babysit every single one. -
Completely understood Condo Cruiser and I respect that everyone has the right to free speech. I've not read the entire thread and being a new member, will likely never get around to critiquing the 2,999,999 posts either....lol! I just took it as a personal assault when I saw those numbers. Hell! Wiley doesn't even have 1200 drivers! That means every driver we have would have to post two complaints each just to reach that number... Or a lot of rejected, fired or fall out trainees must be finding a lot of time to 'take things personally themselves' and then vocalize it thru those 1250 complaints.
And, as far as me working in the office.... well.... I'm not really that type anymore. I did my time sitting behind a desk for many years in a different sector. Today, I'm sitting in my sleeper in southern Virginia returning from upstate Pa. I put in an average of 2500 to 3500 miles a week driving... strictly driving. That's the only way I earn my pay. I don't recruit or work for safety or the admin. I'm just another driver. But, that's just my word... right? -
Ya have to admit,
sometimes opinions smell like that other thing that we all have one of...........
