If you love your wife, avoid CR England

The first year I suffered with England was really bad for my Wife and I. I would be gone for about two months and when I was on home time for a couple of days we would just get into fights about money. We talked about divorce but we couldn't afford it. But we worked things out and God willing everything will keep going smoothly.

 

Looks like a lot of new drivers don't visit this forum. Otherwise, they would definitely have a good "heads up" to stay away from this company.

 

I wouldnt say "junk" as almost all violations are lights, reflective tape, very minor stuff as we are required to undergo DOT Inspections every 6months PLUS DOT Loves setting up at the port.

 

Agreed, I think these people realize the mistake that they have made, so lets keep the insults out of it, they are unwarranted and do nothing to resolve the situation that they are facing.

 

Okay. You' ve had 4 open heart surgeries since your husband has been employed with CRE? Not standing up for CRE but just saying if your husband's health insurance is covering you then I wouldnt look the gift horse in the mouth too much! That alone has to be worth many hundreds of thousands of dollars.

It wouldn't have mattered if there were jobs hanging off apple trees instead of apples and so heavy with jobs that the tree limbs were weighted down to the ground and you folks took this job with CRE instead of a better one. What matters is the way CRE treats people, that those who get done the CRE way can feel safe to tell their story here and not get body-slammed for it.

The policy makers and brass at CRE know the damage they do to the families that sign up with them and somehow go home, have supper with the family and apparently sleep at night. They don't deserve to. That isn't right. They shouldn't get away with this. They shouldn't make MONEY by treating people this way. There should be repercussions.

TruckDuo, I'm not trying to be any hero. And I'm not a fan of ChinaTown. These OTR megas need their knuckles wrapped so hard that it hurts all the way through their balance sheets and back again.
