trucking companies in fresno, california does double brokerage

there are so many trucking companies in fresno companies that does double brokerage. in my experience 3 companies that holding my load pay because I had argument for charge 8% for brokerage it's FUTURE TRUCKING INC. owned by Mike Bal, STONE owned by Jasreet Singh, SIDHU TRANSPORT owned by Sukhwinder Singh. I need help to report and I have proof that they charge me. still holding my money and making excuse that broker deduct from load pay late fees but not providing receipt and not even email.

 

Well firstble they don answer phone not even reply emails or txt msgs and yes further trucking deduct $3000 for late fees for a load that I was late basically what happened I picked up Sunday evening 6PM and after load I called Matt workin in future and he said I suppose to deliver Tuesday in buffalo New York and it was impossible I told him I can be there Thursday morning but on the way my engine harness start connecting and I couldn't find mech. I took to cat and found they don't wrk on trucks but I request manager and he personally brought his laptop and found problem and explained me how to put harness and I put by myself 2-3 time my hand got touch engine and burned I took their picture and send to broker and mike owner of future trucking and Matt and broker start cursin me so badly and he Said deliver load no matter wht done make log book don't stop just keep go otherwise I will report to police that I stole load I still have picz of his msg I tries my best but when I feeling sleepy I just pulled over and sleep because it was dangerous and after I wake up broker start same ######## again then I asked him give me police phone and case I'll tell them truth and I'm going to stop at n e scale I c and tell them then he stopped and I reached there on Friday morning but they unload me Saturday morning load was and after 4-5 month future hold my money $3000 and said broker charge but he didn't provide n e reciept well it be long I have lots things to tell take care n e one can contact me if wants to contact my email is ([email protected]

They don't have brokerage license I'm 100% sure I know about it and I tried to talk to Fmcsa they said they can't do n e thing about it

 

Yea thanx for good advice yea I been driving since 2005 and until today been lucky never got in accident even on black ice lots time I saved from crash n I never drove when I was tired I don't take risk at all I care about other ppl life before mine and yes they knew I was single and I picked up from Salome Arizona it's on I 10 exit 45 I tried to call and even I went to shipper personally just because of that they tried to put another claim on me but I kind of stuck cuz my all money was on hold plus another claim and I had all bill and expense due I been requesting them but they didn't care now I came back on track and until I prove them that they were playing with some bodies life and thinking jus a joke I'm not gonna stop this is nothing they add some extra t checks in my settlement and after I clear with them they paid for only some of them and yes dot doing nothing I tried a lot even I told them I'm here for untied state to be volunteer 24/365 if they need to catch these kind criminal actually I'm Indian and they are as well they thought I'm not gonna step up but they will learn and I'm gonna teach them
