You have the experience. Look for a job that will get you home at least on the weekends if you can't find a local job that gets you home every night.

If driving is what you want & you want to be home every night then save up money. Don't buy a truck. Your best solution is to move to a major trucking city. Rent an apartment. You'll be away from mom & dad but your in a city with plenty of trucking jobs that gets you home every night AND TWO DAYS OFF A WEEK.

 

save enough enough money so you can buy your own rig....then go under your own authority..then you can go home when ever you want...
