This is like the "Great Trucking Swindle". If this is all true, then Dudley Baldwin is headed to prison for a loooong time. Navajo has deep pockets. Don't think they won't go after him when they truly see how deep this is.

I spoke with Don Digby Jr on 2 different occasions I also spoke with the lender he
Refinance with both of them had no idea that these trucks were under contract! Don
Said he was pissed and used some colorful language to describe Baldwin the
Bank was like me they were delivered a Haymaker and trying to recover as much as possible! Some people with money feel like they're invincible but I promise I will keep all posted I will not stop till he pays for the criminal activity that hes been doing! Greed
Is a mother and it'll always burn you at the end.

I remember when Baldwin was a good company. I suspected something was wrong when they started hauling for Fed Ex. They used advertise for drivers doing the Amarillo-Albuquerque and some other cities that involve driver relay. A true person defending his company would be honest with the answers. So far I see non of that. Its such as shame to see a good company go down hill.

Interesting thread. I noticed their yard was for sale when I passed by there the other day. I'm not sure who owns it, it was the old mack dealer.

Recently saw that Navajo had taken them over, we have a couple of Baldwin trailers sitting in our yard at the request of Navajo, not sure what the story is, but they both have kingpin locks on them and are empty.
