What is the procedure for a company driver to get supplies like windshield washer fluid and coolant? I have been with the company long enough that I should know … but I don't.

Do I first send in a 012 message for approval and then fax in a receipt for reimbursement or is there someway I can get the funds put on my card and get the transaction done with just a card swipe?

On the 13 speed, your assumption is correct. It's a 9 speed, with the top 4 split. 700 miles a day is actually doing 63.6, I think. He won't be doing 700 each day of course. He'll have some slow days on the delivery and picking up for his turn around. Sides, he'd run out of hrs, before making it back to Green Bay. If his company is anything like mine, he'll probably average between 500 and 550 a day, which is really hoofing it.

When I leave out of Omaha, I'm usually doing 650 or better a day. Depending on drops and pickups, not so much coming back. Still, I'll usually do a 6 day round trip and have over 3000 paid miles. Some weeks are better than others. lol

I will say, they need good trainers. I went in to Darron's office the other day and asked him what he was doing about the coaches not doing their jobs. I told him I was constantly hearing students asking about how to do the computer work because their coach would not allow them to do any of it, just drive. He told me " I will stop you right there, those students say a lot of things that aren't true" I told him I would believe that if it was only 1 or 2 that I have heard this from, but when it is constantly repeated to me from several students there must be some truth to it. I asked him if they would put a warning on preperation h not to eat it if no one has ever done it. I don't think he liked me questioning their tactics.
