Bigbellytrucker and MZdanowicz Thank this. -
doesn't bother me 2 get flashed I appreciate when a driver is courteous enough 2 flash but I may not have merged when I was flashed
and I have same sentiment my trk was governed @ 60 but when I was heavy I didn't see 60 unless I was going down a 6% I was the 1 always getting passed
every time I went 2 shop I begged them 2 turn my trk up because the person that had trk before me never got their 6mpg and the idol % was high that suckedMZdanowicz Thanks this. -
MZdanowicz Thanks this.

Since your truck doesn't have an interrupt switch, and also has "always on" headlights, if you do flash them over with your brights, do it very quickly like a millisecond.
Anything longer on the brights mode, will often irritate the passing trucker.
Oh, and BTW, it's not a stupid question (as title says).Bigbellytrucker, MZdanowicz and Scania man Thank this. -
The only stupid questions are the ones not asked. Everything else is educational is one form or fashion.Bigbellytrucker, MZdanowicz and Scania man Thank this. -
It's just a courtesy thing, remember what that used to be. Since 1966 I have done it and I still expect it from you. If lights are on all the time use you brights real quick.
While I'm at it if you just have to run your fog lights when it is not foggy get them focused down, not in my eyes or mirrors.
Remember it's just courtesy not personel.MZdanowicz, Joetro, Bigbellytrucker and 1 other person Thank this.
