Went to work for one of the mega companys was there three months and ran 37'000 miles. No late for service.
Another words i worked my ### of for them people. Im not going to bash the comany or do a bunch of complaining here.
The bottom line is i was terminated for 4 preventables. Im sure someone will get on their high horse and respond with something negative but before u do here is the rest of the facts.
actident 1 my tandems brushed up against a tent leg on a home made lean too and slightly bent it at a crowded drop yard. The guys on the yard was cool with ten dollers to replace a piece of 5/8 conduit.
2. Had unsecured trailer door blow out behind me snaped bottom hinge. 3. Pulling out of supper tight truck stop at night my trailer swiveled behind tandems and took out a mirrior. I had pulled as far foward as i could befor turning.
4 was a backing with no damage. My dac and csa is clear but the company is telling prospective jobs about it all and i cant find work. Need help or suggestion
Need advise

Find a small company who doesn't use DAC. They're out there. And be honest about everything...

Keep looking something will eventually turn-up. But for future reference....your accidents sound like they were all preventable...and 4 in that short length of time is gonna be hard to over-come. Be honest to perspective employers like you were in telling you story here on the forum....maybe try and pay just a little more attention to detail....don't take that wrong , not judging you, just giving some constructive criticism...Good-luck.

Does'nt matter how hard you worked for this company, does'nt matter how perfect your ontime record is,you had 4 preventables. To be honest with you, companies are going to look at that and shake their head.Meaning no hire. You had 4 accidents in too short a time.

Where do you live?

Not trying to minamize but i have talked to drivers with lots of exp. my part in this was exaustion inexpieance and in some cases not knowing what i should have been looking out for. I have learned from each and i am a better driver. I would even welcome the chance to go out with a more expieranced driver so thay could evaluate my skills and help me hone them

I have yet to meet a perfect driver. We've all made mistakes. But when it comes to getting hired companies will see those preventables and they already know their insurance won't approve you.But you brought up a good point, call the starter companies and offer to get retrained.Tell recruiter just what you said here.
