Central Refrigerated Truck Stop II

Glad to know there's a fellow Arkie here! How long you here for? Maybe we'll see each other, I'm doing my road test tomorrow.

Legit, that's one of the funniest things I've read/heard in awhile. My poor laptop just got an adult beverage spit all over it--yeah I was laughing that hard! HAHA.

Hanging out in Bldg 2 here waiting to take my road test. Just hurry up & wait I guess. Lol. I'm just ready to get this done so I can get on the road! Still got 1 more ahead of me, then it's my turn. Also just wanted to say a big thank you to whoever the owner/op was yesterday that gave us a ride to the hotel. Real nice guy, but didn't get his name.

 

Question, if you have a cdl permit from your state and you go to central refrigerated do you need to get your permit all over again in Utah?

 

I had a guy in my class that had his CDL permit from Colorado, and he had to take all the same tests as everyone else for the permit. :-/

 

A few weeks ago when I took mine, I was the last to go. -.- We had two testers but then, one of them had to go do paperwork, I got moved behind the other testers last two tests. It was brutal being stuck there with literally nothing to do from about 6:30 AM until 4ish PM. Luckily my classmates waited up for me, and I had the highest score of the class, so it was good times.

 

Got my test done yesterday right before lunch. Passed, sitting here in Orientation Room this morning. Feels good to have all that behind me. Ready to get on the road!

 

Congrats! Let us know how things go on the road. Just remember: When the going gets tough, the tough remind themselves of that bus ride.
