I have 3 moving violations(speeding) in the last 3 years and when I look at some companies they say no more than 3 in the last 3 years but then a recruiter tells me other wise. Does anyone know which companies hire with that many violations
Moving violations?

Who do you drive for now?

I'd just fill out online apps for all of them, then call recruiters and ask. It never hurts to ask.

im sorry you are having such difficulty finding a job I no how u feel I was the same way when I tried to start I had a improper lane change I couldn't find a company. I went thru 2 starter companies cr England and swift to get combined time I need to get present job. I went to sites like www.bubbajunk.com and www.highestpayingdriverjobs.com are a couple there are more what u do is put in a generic application with important info. companies that is interested will call u. but they are not gonna be great companies but all u want to do is get 6months any where u can. then you can go where u wish. that is what I did now I landed at pretty decent company. but don't give up it will happen 4 u its just gonna take a little work. but on your violations hope none are over 15over if it is that is gonna be greatly difficult. u should also invest into a cdl protector. I am with tvc-prodriver. I pay 35 a month and they help me protect my license along with not getting tickets but if I do they help me. example I got a ticket 67/45 I wasn't paying attention music got me. I sent 25 dollar, ticket, fine amount, and my statement what happen. they found lawyer for me and the lawyer got that ticket dismissed by if I didn't get ticket within 30days the judge would throw it out that wasn't a problem because I was out on road. I only got 1 ticket they couldnt keep off I was in OHIO. I was 44600 heavy on 6% 68/55 and trooper say he saw me coming down. had engine brake and control breaking I was really heavy. last time I tried to hold my trk at 55 going down a grade I set my breaks on fire!!!! the trooper said he understood and issued ticket and I was in ironton county, oh and their policy is not to throw tickets out for truck drivers unless they show up for court they suck!!!! that wasn't happening got 2 work. the only thing lawyer could do was to get them to agree to put on my dmv just speeding not by how many over. tvc-pro driver have saved my butt many times its the best $35 I spend every month. there are different ones out there but that is the one I useNavigatorWife Thanks this.
