The first or second paycheck following the last day of the quarter. So the next bonus is Q4 and will go out Jan 7 or Jan 14. Bonus should be around $1000 for a solo platinum driver, worth sticking around for. Don't know if you'd see it if you quit.

What about for a solo Silver driver? How much bonus will he most likely get? He's been there about 3 months.

It all depends on the miles driven in that period.
    Several hundred, for sure.

If you just ranked up to silver, there are only about 6 weeks left in the quarter. So if silver is a 1 cent bonus (I don't remember) and you average 2500 miles per week, your bonus will be $150. Maybe someone can remind me what the bonus is for ranks. From bronze to diamond I thought it was 0,1,2,3,5. So if a diamond driver runs 30000 miles in a quarter, his bonus is $1500. A silver drivers bonus would be $300.

I find it annoying that the bonus is included in your normal check. So then your tax rate shoots up. I really wish it was issued as a seperate check and deposit. which seems logical to me. I have always recieved bonuses as a.seperate payment at other jobs. Idk.maybe it doesn't matter though

I don't want to sound ungrateful, a bonus added into normal pay bumping up taxrate is better then nothing
