I think Craig's wife had to wait because she was gonna go with a female trainer at first . My wife had a bit of a wait too. Males have it easier. Mine met me at Markham.

Jake, congrats man. Hope you make a lot of $$$. Enjoy all those ladies every weekend.

 

The big issue was non-smoking trainer and she was ok with a male trainer but not a lot of male trainers will take a female. Just made it tougher

 

Oh that's right.

My wife's trainer didn't smoke but loved cooking in the truck. He was overweight, this guy would eat like six times a day. Cook in the truck then buy truck stop food a few hours later. Truck was full of dirty pots & fast food wrappers.

If a woman driver can survive her trainer then she can survive anything. LOL.

That is going to be one long boring ride. I will keep my fingers crossed that your trainer turns out to be a good one. If he isn't....don't accept it.

 

Yes, as long as you are reasonable. Unless he really sucks or is unsafe, suck it up and grind through your 150 hours. You are not just an extra log book. Make sure you do some of the backing and learn the macros. You should be doing ALL the driving until you reach 75 hours. My trainer and I cheated on this a little but not in a way that hurt my training.
