Questions for people who have experience teaming at US Xpress.

There are different personalities in any race. To say you don't get along with certain races is just ignorant. There are hard workers in any race and their are lazy guys in any race. To judge someone by the color of their skin is just ignorant and stupid in this day and age. Its your right to decide if you want to work with someone or not. You do have the option to quit. You dont have the right to hire one race over another or require the company to give you a certain race driver.

People who act like this are racist pricks and there is not room for you in this world anymore. Try and get to know someone in a race you don't like and im sure you will find some who you do get a long with.

When I own a fleet of trucks one day, if someone like you worked for me and they even requested a certain race as your team partner i would fire them right then and there.

 

Why would I leave...if you argue enough with me they will lock it and you will get no answers.

DriverToBroker, we are a husband & wife team. Our home terminal is Markham. We've been at US Xpress for 8 months.

Your profile says you have 7 years experience. I have a great lead for you on a job. Old Dominion has a terminal in Des Plaines, IL. They are hiring local drivers & guys who want to team. One of the drivers told me they pay around $25/hour for local drivers. He showed me his paycheck stub. He is on track to make around $70-$80K. He delivers to a terminal in Indiana then back. He is home everyday. The company has over 200 terminals. If you plan on moving, this would be a great company to hook up with.

 

has to be one of the worst people to ever work for. They could care less about you as a driver. They want you to be that SLAVE driver to do every thing they want you to be as long as you line there pockets with money. Find another company is to be your best interest/

Ya know, I wish I had a good answer for you to help you. Useless Xpress could care less about the real driver who really cares about the job they do. In fact they want the guy to work for them, that is at the bottom of the barrel so they can do what ever they want to them, for the company. I would say research, research, and do some more research on each company out there. I am in the position to not have to deal with a company that does not care about the people that work for them. Useless Xpress does not care about you. Do not listen to the worthless people out there like NoCraig, who only ever got a bonus to steer people to USX. Just do the research to find a better company to treat you well.

I say what I said because I been there done that with a crappy company like USX, if you do not like or agree with my comments than that is just to bad for you. Grow up, live your life and be treated like you should be treated like.
